Alongside running her own business as a Racing Driver, Coach and Performance Driving Instructor for various brands, Pippa is also the CEO of Shift Up Now, and the Vice President of the Shift Up Now Foundation. Her goal is to help level the playing field for female Athletes in motorsport by helping them close the funding gap to their male counterparts so that they have more opportunities to compete as equals, stand on podiums, win races and chase Championships.
Pippa dreams of one day competing at the Daytona 24H race with a driving roster of Shift Up Now Athletes alongside her, but her bigger dream is to see these racers have the opportunities to rise to the highest echelons in their sectors of the sport.

By visiting the Shift Up Now website, signing up for our mailing list and becoming a Member of “The Inside Track” you’re joining the race fans who are helping us fuel female athletes on the race track. Your dollars help us cover photography costs, PR costs, and travel costs for racers, and in return we love giving you the opportunities to get discounts from our partners, we have monthly giveaways, and you get to hang out online with the racers whom you’re directly helping us support.
BECOME A MEMBER
The Shift Up Now Foundation is a registered 501c3 Foundation with a mission to drive forward equity for female racers in motorsport. In a world where funding opens the door to access to better equipment, more seat time, coaching, and physical training appropriate for motorsport ahead of events, we write Sponsorship Grants for female racers to help them compete.
